Welcome to FEEDOCENTER, a technology platform owned and operated by PRAMATRA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you ("User", "you") enter into a legally binding agreement and accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. PLATFORM NATURE - COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

1.1 Third-Party Intermediary Platform: FEEDOCENTER is EXCLUSIVELY a technology intermediary that provides infrastructure for users to post and view feedback. We are NOT a party to any content posted by users. We do NOT create, verify, endorse, edit, or control any user-generated content.

1.2 No Editorial Control or Responsibility: FEEDOCENTER exercises ZERO editorial control, supervision, verification, or fact-checking over user-generated content. All feedback, reviews, ratings, comments, images, videos, and documents uploaded by users are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the individual users who post them.

1.3 Absolute Disclaimer of Liability: FEEDOCENTER, PRAMATRA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, and all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives SHALL NOT BE LIABLE in ANY manner whatsoever for:

• The accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of ANY user-generated content
• Any defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, false, or illegal content posted by users
• Any disputes, conflicts, disagreements, or legal issues arising between users or involving third parties
• Any harm, damage, loss, or injury (physical, emotional, psychological, financial, reputational, or otherwise) resulting from user interactions, content, or platform use
• Any violation of third-party rights including but not limited to privacy, intellectual property, defamation, harassment, or any other rights
• Any consequences, damages, or liabilities arising from reliance on, use of, or belief in user-generated content
• Any business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ABSOLUTE LIABILITY

2.1 Sole and Exclusive Responsibility: Users are SOLELY, EXCLUSIVELY, and COMPLETELY responsible for:

• ALL content they post, upload, share, transmit, or make available through the platform
• Ensuring ALL content is truthful, accurate, legal, non-defamatory, and does not violate ANY laws or third-party rights
• Verifying the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of ALL information before posting
• ALL consequences, liabilities, damages, and legal actions arising from their content or actions
• Compliance with ALL applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Obtaining ALL necessary consents, permissions, and rights before posting content about third parties

2.2 Legal Consequences and Criminal Liability: Users acknowledge and agree that posting false, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or illegal content may result in SEVERE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY under applicable laws including but not limited to:

• Indian Penal Code (IPC): Sections 499-502 (Defamation - up to 2 years imprisonment), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation), Section 506 (Punishment for Criminal Intimidation - up to 7 years imprisonment), Section 509 (Insulting Modesty)
• Information Technology Act, 2000: Section 66A (Offensive Messages), Section 66C (Identity Theft), Section 66D (Cheating by Personation), Section 67 (Publishing Obscene Content - up to 5 years imprisonment)
• Civil Liability: Defamation suits, damages claims, injunctions, and other civil remedies
• Any other applicable laws, regulations, and legal frameworks

2.3 Indemnification: Users AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS FEEDOCENTER, PRAMATRA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, and all associated parties from ANY AND ALL claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to user content, actions, or violations of these terms.

3. REPORTING MECHANISM AND PLATFORM DISCRETION

3.1 How to Report Violations: If any person believes content on FEEDOCENTER is false, defamatory, illegal, or violates rights, they may report it by emailing contact@feedocenter.com with:

• Detailed description of the allegedly violating content
• URL or specific reference to the content
• Supporting evidence, documentation, or proof
• Your contact information for follow-up communication
• Legal basis for the complaint (if applicable)

3.2 Platform's Discretionary Action: Upon receiving a report, FEEDOCENTER MAY (but is NOT obligated to):

• Review the reported content at our sole discretion
• Request additional information from any party
• Remove, hide, restrict, or modify access to content
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts
• Cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities
• Take any other action deemed appropriate
• Take NO action whatsoever

3.3 No Obligation or Liability: FEEDOCENTER has NO OBLIGATION to:

• Monitor, review, or moderate user-generated content
• Respond to reports or complaints
• Take action on reported content
• Provide reasons for actions taken or not taken
• Mediate disputes between users or third parties

3.4 Complete Disclaimer for Actions: FEEDOCENTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:

• Any action taken or NOT taken in response to reports
• The timing, manner, or method of content removal or account actions
• Any damages resulting from removal OR non-removal of content
• Any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from moderation decisions
• Any errors, delays, or failures in the reporting or moderation process

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

FEEDOCENTER provides technology infrastructure for users to:

• Post Feedback: Users can post feedback about individuals or entities
• View Feedback: Users can search and view feedback posted by others
• Search Functionality: Hashtag-based and keyword search capabilities
• Account Management: User profiles and account settings
• Payment Processing: Secure payment gateway integration for platform transactions
• Visibility Controls: Users can control visibility settings for their content

5. ACCOUNT TERMS

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for account security. FEEDOCENTER may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.

6. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. FEEDOCENTER is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes.

Withdrawals: Users can request withdrawals to verified payment accounts. FEEDOCENTER reserves the right to verify, delay, or reject withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.

Fees: Transaction fees and service charges may apply as per platform policies.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Violating any laws or third-party rights
• Hacking, spamming, or disrupting platform operations
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Attempting to manipulate or game the platform

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform intellectual property (logos, trademarks, software, design) belongs to PRAMATRA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Users retain rights to their content but grant FEEDOCENTER a license to display and distribute it through the platform.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDOCENTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹1000 (ONE THOUSAND RUPEES) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY USER IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

FEEDOCENTER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FEEDOCENTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. MODIFICATIONS

FEEDOCENTER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
