FEEDOCENTER welcomes all users aged 18 and above. Creating an account is simple and requires only a valid WhatsApp or Google account, ensuring easy participation for a broad demographic. The diversity of feedback enriches the platform for both individuals and businesses.

FEEDOCENTER provides a platform for users to share authentic experiences and access feedback about individuals and service providers. Key features include hashtag-based search, image verification with face detection, flexible visibility controls, evidence upload capabilities, and a secure payment system. The platform helps users make informed decisions about personal relationships, business partnerships, and service providers while maintaining privacy and data security.

Anyone who has interacted with a service can provide feedback. FEEDOCENTER prioritizes constructive and respectful input. Offensive or inappropriate content is not tolerated. The platform does not mediate disputes or legal matters; its focus is on open, safe experience sharing.

While feedback on FEEDOCENTER can guide decisions, the platform does not guarantee legal validity. Users are responsible for ensuring their feedback complies with relevant laws. FEEDOCENTER remains neutral in legal matters and does not intervene in disputes.

To create an account on FEEDOCENTER, you need a valid WhatsApp number or Google account for authentication. Your mobile number helps secure your account and enables important notifications. We collect only essential information needed to provide our services. FEEDOCENTER upholds strict data protection and confidentiality standards, and all personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FEEDOCENTER uses industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure protocols, and access controls to protect your data. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Cashfree, PayPal). Evidence files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). We implement regular security assessments and monitoring to safeguard user information. However, users should also maintain strong passwords and keep their account credentials secure.

How to Use FeedoCenter

Getting started is easy! Visit www.feedocenter.com, find the Login button, choose your preferred method (WhatsApp or Google), enter your details, and click "Log In". You'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can start exploring all features.

FEEDOCENTER offers multiple search options: Hashtag Search - Select from popular tags like #TrustConcern, #ExPartner, #BusinessDispute, #ServiceIssue. Keyword Search - Type keywords to search in feedback content and locations. Advanced Filters - Search by name, mobile number, location, gender, or relationship context. Search results show masked names with ratings and hashtags. Pay the set price to view full details.

Click "Give Feedback", fill in person details (name, mobile, location, gender, relationship context), select relevant hashtags (#TrustConcern, #ExPartner, #BusinessDispute, #ServiceIssue, etc.), rate 1-5 stars, write your experience in detail, upload images/evidence (optional) to support your feedback, set your pricing preferences, choose visibility (Public Paid or Request-Only), and submit. Remember, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your feedback.

Creating an account and giving feedback is FREE. However, viewing detailed feedback may require payment as set by the feedback giver. As a feedback giver, you can earn from your contributions. Withdraw earnings to your verified payment accounts. This model ensures quality feedback and rewards contributors.

FEEDOCENTER covers a wide range of feedback categories: Personal Relationships (ex-partners, trust concerns, character verification), Household Help (maids, drivers, cooks, nannies), Professional Services (doctors, teachers, beauticians, trainers), Business Services (contractors, agencies, consultants, vendors), and General Services (shops, restaurants, freelancers). The platform is designed for feedback about both individuals and service providers in any context.

Go to your dashboard, click on "Profile Settings" or your profile picture, edit the information you want to change (name, contact details, preferences), and save your changes. Keep your profile updated to receive relevant notifications and recommendations.

Yes, you can edit your feedback after posting. Go to "My Feedback" section in your dashboard, find the feedback you want to modify, and use the edit option. You can update the text, change ratings, add or remove evidence files, and modify visibility settings. However, please note that edit history is maintained for transparency and legal compliance. Make sure your feedback is accurate before posting to avoid frequent modifications.

FEEDOCENTER provides tools to help maintain content quality, including phone number validation during registration and community reporting features. However, as a neutral platform, we do not verify, fact-check, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their feedback. We encourage users to provide evidence (images, documents) to support their feedback and to report any suspicious or violating content to contact@feedocenter.com for review.

Go to your Profile > My Wallet section. You'll see your Balance, Total Earned, and Withdrawn amounts. Click "Request Withdrawal", enter the amount you wish to withdraw, provide your verified payment account details (UPI ID or PayPal email), and submit. Your request will be processed and funds transferred to your account. Track all transactions in "Recent Wallet Transactions".

Public Paid: Anyone can find your feedback in search results and pay to view it immediately. Request-Only: Users must send an access request first. You review and approve/reject the request. Only after approval can they pay to view. This gives you more control over who sees your feedback.

When giving feedback, you can upload images. Our system uses face detection technology to identify faces in images. Users can then search for feedback by uploading a photo. The system matches faces and shows relevant feedback. This helps verify identities and find feedback about specific individuals visually.

When you find feedback you want to view, click on it to see the preview with masked information. Click the "Pay to View" button, which will redirect you to our secure payment gateway (Cashfree). Choose your payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet), complete the payment, and you'll be instantly redirected back to view the full feedback details. The payment is processed securely and you'll receive a confirmation.

Go to your Profile page and find the Payment Information section. Enter your UPI ID (for Indian users) or PayPal email (for international users) and click the "Verify" button next to it. The system will validate your payment details. Once verified, a green checkmark will appear. You must verify your payment account before you can request withdrawals. Make sure to enter accurate details to avoid payment failures.

When you find feedback marked as "Request-Only", you'll see a "Request Access" button instead of "Pay to View". Click this button and optionally provide a reason for your request. The feedback creator will receive a notification and can approve or reject your request. If approved, you'll be notified and can then proceed to pay and view the feedback. If rejected, you won't be able to view that feedback.

If you've set your feedback as "Request-Only", you'll receive notifications when someone requests access. Go to your dashboard and check the "Access Requests" section. You'll see pending requests with the requester's name and optional message. Review each request and click "Approve" or "Reject". Approved users can then pay to view your feedback. This feature gives you complete control over who can access your feedback.

You can upload various types of evidence to support your feedback: Images (JPG, PNG, JPEG), Documents (PDF), Videos (MP4), and Audio (MP3). The total combined size of all evidence files cannot exceed 20MB per feedback. All uploaded images are automatically watermarked with "FeedoCenter.com" and timestamp for authenticity. Evidence files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and displayed alongside your feedback to viewers.

If you believe feedback is false, defamatory, or violates our terms, email contact@feedocenter.com with: (1) URL or reference to the specific feedback, (2) Detailed description of the violation, (3) Supporting evidence or documentation, (4) Your contact information, and (5) Legal basis for complaint (if applicable). Our team will review your report and may take action at our discretion. However, as a neutral platform, we are not obligated to remove content and do not mediate disputes.

Yes, if you believe feedback about you is false or defamatory, you can report it by emailing contact@feedocenter.com with evidence proving the feedback is inaccurate. Include your identity proof, the feedback URL, and supporting documentation. FEEDOCENTER will review your complaint but as a neutral platform, we do not guarantee content removal. You may also have legal remedies available under defamation laws. We recommend consulting a legal professional if the feedback causes significant harm.

Go to your Profile page and scroll to the "Change Password" section. Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice for confirmation. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for security. Click "Update Password" to save changes. You'll receive a confirmation message once your password is successfully updated.

To delete your account, email contact@feedocenter.com with your account details and deletion request. Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal information will be deleted, but feedback you've posted may remain on the platform as it's part of the public record and may have been purchased by other users. Any pending withdrawals should be processed before deletion. We retain certain data for legal compliance as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
