FEEDOCENTER is a neutral technology platform operated by PRAMATRA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We provide infrastructure for users to post and view feedback.

User Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all content they post. FEEDOCENTER does NOT create, verify, endorse, or control user-generated content and bears NO liability for user actions, content accuracy, defamation, or disputes. See our Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. This policy also covers our service charges and refund policy. Please read carefully.

1. Information We Collect

At FEEDOCENTER, we collect personal information to enhance your experience and deliver our services. This includes information you provide when interacting with our platform (such as giving feedback, viewing feedback, or requesting withdrawals), including your name, email address, WhatsApp/Google account, payment details, mobile number, UPI ID, and any data you provide voluntarily.

We may also collect non-personal information automatically, such as IP addresses, browser types, and website usage data. This helps us analyze trends, administer the site, and improve functionality.

1.1 Payment and Financial Information

When you make payments or request withdrawals, we collect:

  • Payment Details: Transaction IDs, payment amounts, payment status processed through payment gateways
  • Payment Account Information: Your UPI ID or PayPal email for processing withdrawal payments
  • Wallet Data: Balance, earnings history, withdrawal history, and transaction records
  • Transaction Records: Records of all financial transactions on the platform

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (Cashfree, PayPal) which are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your complete credit/debit card details.

1.2 Evidence Files and Supporting Documents

When you submit feedback, you may optionally upload evidence files to support your feedback, including:

  • Images: Photos or screenshots related to your feedback experience
  • Documents: PDFs such as receipts, invoices, or contracts
  • Videos: Video recordings demonstrating your experience
  • Audio: Audio recordings or voice notes

These files are processed as follows:

  • Images are automatically watermarked with "FeedoCenter.com" branding and timestamp to prevent tampering and ensure authenticity
  • Files are compressed to optimize storage and loading performance
  • Thumbnails are generated for images to improve display speed
  • All files are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage with encryption
  • Evidence files may be publicly visible if your feedback is public, displaying alongside your feedback to other users

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant FeedoCenter a license to store, display, and distribute these files as part of your feedback submission.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to deliver services, process orders, communicate with you, and respond to queries. With your consent, we may send promotional offers and updates. Data is also used to personalize services, develop new features, detect fraud, and ensure legal compliance.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience and track engagement. Cookies help us remember your preferences and improve site functionality. You can accept or disable cookies via your browser settings, but this may affect site features.

4. Data Security and Protection

5.1 Third-Party Cloud Storage

Evidence files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2, a third-party cloud storage service. Cloudflare maintains its own privacy and security standards. By uploading evidence files, you acknowledge that these files will be stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We have implemented appropriate safeguards and agreements to protect your data.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Major changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage communication preferences and opt out of marketing in your account settings. Account deletion requests will be honored except where retention is required by law.

8. Data Retention and Preservation

FeedoCenter collects and maintains various types of data in the course of providing our services. We retain this information for specific periods to ensure service quality, legal compliance, and government requirements.

8.1 Data Categories and Retention Periods

User Information:

  • Registration data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years following account closure
  • Identity verification records: Retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years
  • Account activity logs: Retained for 2 years
  • IP addresses and access logs: Retained for 1 year
  • Device information: Retained for 1 year

Communications Data:

  • Chat message history: Retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years
  • Message metadata (timestamps, read receipts): Retained for 2 years
  • User-to-user connection records: Retained for the duration of your account

Feedback and Reviews:

  • Feedback submissions with timestamps: Retained indefinitely as part of the public record
  • Edit history of modified feedback: Retained for 5 years from last edit
  • Metadata on feedback interactions: Retained for 3 years
  • Verification data for legitimate feedback: Retained for 3 years
  • Evidence files (images, PDFs, videos, audio): Uploaded evidence files are stored securely in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and retained for the duration of the feedback plus 3 years. Images are automatically watermarked with FeedoCenter branding and timestamp for authenticity verification. Evidence files may be publicly accessible if the feedback is public.

Business Listings:

  • Business registration information: Retained for the duration of the listing plus 5 years
  • Verification documents: Retained for the duration of the listing plus 5 years
  • Changes to business profiles: Retained for 5 years from modification
  • Ownership transfer records: Retained for 7 years

Financial Records:

  • Transaction logs: Retained for 7 years
  • Payment processing data: Retained for 7 years
  • Subscription histories: Retained for 7 years from the last subscription

8.2 Legal Compliance and Government Requests

FeedoCenter may be required to preserve and share data with government agencies in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes. In such cases:

  • We will only disclose information specified in the legal request
  • We will notify affected users when legally permitted to do so
  • We will review all requests for legal validity before complying
  • We may preserve specific data for longer periods if subject to a legal hold

8.3 Data Security During Retention

During the retention period, FeedoCenter implements robust security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive personal information
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Automated monitoring for unauthorized access attempts
  • Secure backup systems with geographical redundancy

8.4 Data Deletion

Upon expiration of the applicable retention periods, FeedoCenter will securely delete or anonymize the data unless:

  • The data is subject to an ongoing legal hold or investigation
  • Retention is required by applicable laws or regulations
  • The data has been anonymized and is used for statistical purposes

Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain information.


Service Charges

1. Messaging Services

Notifications, reminders, and promotional messages sent via SMS or similar channels may incur nominal charges to cover third-party communication costs. Message types include order updates, offers, and alerts. Notification preferences can be managed in your account settings.

2. Transactional and Payment Services

Transactions involving third-party payment processors may incur fees, disclosed at the time of payment. These fees cover payment processing costs.


Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered if services are not delivered as promised or if payments are mistakenly charged. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of service execution and include proof of purchase and supporting documentation.

Refunds may also be considered for service malfunctions. FEEDOCENTER will assess each case and determine the appropriate action.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact customer support at contact@feedocenter.com with your order number, service details, and issue description. Our team will investigate and respond with next steps. Valid claims will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited within 15 business days. Actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, such as digital services already rendered. Non-refundable services will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale.
